weekend sessions: Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Yalla Childcare LLC provides scheduled childcare and enrichment sessions that require advance planning, staffing, and capacity allocation. This Return & Refund Policy governs all session bookings made through our website and scheduling system.
By booking a session, you (“Parent,” “Guardian,” or “Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Final Sale / No Returns
All session bookings are final once confirmed. Due to the nature of scheduled childcare and enrichment services, returns and monetary refunds are not permitted after booking, except where required by applicable law.
Once a session is booked, Yalla reserves space, staffing, and resources specifically for your child, and that time cannot be resold.
2. Cancellation Policy
Yalla’s cancellation policy is enforced exactly as configured in our scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling):
Cancellations made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled session start time are eligible for a session credit.
Cancellations made less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for refunds or credits.
No-shows, missed sessions, late arrivals that prevent participation, or early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Cancellations must be completed through the scheduling system or communicated directly to Yalla prior to the 12-hour cutoff.
3. Session Credits
When eligible, Yalla may issue a session credit in place of a refund.
Session Credit Terms
Credits may be applied only toward future Yalla sessions
Credits have no cash value
Credits are non-transferable
Credits may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged
Credits are subject to availability and program capacity
Credits may expire if not used within the timeframe communicated at issuance
Issuance of a session credit is conditional upon compliance with the cancellation policy and is not guaranteed outside the stated terms.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds or credits will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before session start
No-shows or failure to attend
Late arrivals or early pickups
Illness, exclusion due to health policies, or personal emergencies
Schedule conflicts, transportation issues, or weather conditions
Dissatisfaction after participation has begun
Removal from a session due to safety concerns or policy violations
5. Program Cancellations by Yalla
If Yalla cancels a session due to staffing limitations, health or safety concerns, regulatory requirements, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Yalla will, at its discretion:
Issue a session credit or
Provide a refund for the canceled session
Yalla is not responsible for incidental or consequential costs incurred by the Client.
6. California Consumer Rights Notice
This policy is intended to comply with applicable California consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under California law. Refunds will be issued where legally required.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Yalla may result in:
Immediate forfeiture of any unused session credits
Suspension or termination of booking privileges
Clients are encouraged to contact Yalla directly to resolve billing concerns.
8. Policy Changes
Yalla reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to bookings made after the effective date of the update.
